What's on the disc
The standard system build plus the Doom port with the Freedoom: Phase 1 IWAD (BSD-3-Clause). The volume is loaded into RAM, so changes do not survive a reboot.
Not included: the FFmpeg port, Media Player and Celeste Classic. Build from source to get them.
# Check the download $ sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS --ignore-missing # Boot it (add -accel kvm on Linux for speed) $ qemu-system-x86_64 -machine q35 -m 1G \ -cdrom SavanXP-v0.4.1.iso
Ctrl+Esc opens the Start menu, Alt+Tab switches windows and Ctrl+Alt+T opens a Command Prompt. Doom lives under Start → Games.
$ git clone https://github.com/SavanDev/SavanXP.git $ cd SavanXP $ ./build.sh build $ ./build.sh run
Needs Linux with Clang/LLVM, CMake, Ninja, Python 3 + Pillow, QEMU, OVMF and xorriso. A source build keeps a persistent disk image, so files you save are still there next boot.
